The Road Map to Sustainability was created to assist organizations navigate through necessary projects and programs with clarity and focus. Often times in the process of launching new ideas we get stuck in planning phase and never make it to implementation. Once completed, the Road Map offers built in steps for implementation as well as timely and measurable next steps that assist clients in meeting their goals.

The Road Map is a foundational building block for any organization, project, program. This 6 module e-course will systematically move you from lack of direction and focus to clarity giving you a clearly defined path in which you can use as a base to develop organizational processes and pathways to success. The modules include key strategies for development of S.M.A.R.T goals, realization of External/Internal areas of focus and assistance to discover potential collaborators. In addition, the Road Map provides guidance for the development of objectives/activities needed to bring goals to completion, an understanding of key performance indicators as well as the development of a clear Road Map. As a result of this course you will be able to share your Road Map with your board, investors, project managers and others that will assist in bringing your project to reality.
