About Renele,

Founder & Visionary of Purpose, Inc.

Renele is a strategist, speaker, global solutionist, and the founder of Purpose, Inc. — a faith-forward consulting agency helping individuals, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses clarify their purpose and build with impact.

With over 15 years of experience spanning nonprofit leadership, local and federal government, and international diplomacy, Renele brings a rare blend of compassion, strategy, and systems thinking to her work. Her career has touched everything from food insecurity and homelessness to project development and execution serving communities in varying capacities across the U.S. and abroad in South Africa, Ghana, and Cameroon.

Renele’s journey began with a deeply rooted desire to heal, protect, and stand up for those overlooked by society. That heart led her to serve under bridges with the homeless for six years, facilitate a food security initiative that nourished local communities , and supported two Consul Generals during her tenure at the South African Consulate General — all while raising three children as a devoted mother.

Now, through Purpose, Inc., she helps visionary leaders uncover their identity, define the “why” behind their work, and design mission-aligned structures that transform both their organizations and the communities they serve.

A certified project manager and expert in logical frameworks, Renele is known for her unique ability to turn complexity into clarity and ideas into measurable action. She is also the author of three faith-based books on purpose, including The Process of Purpose, which explores how God uses ordinary people to fulfill extraordinary callings.

Above all, Renele leads with integrity, driven by her conviction that when people operate in their God-given purpose, they become unstoppable forces for change in the world.
