Getting Started
A Few Things Before You Begin
- This planner has two modules. Module 01 captures your products, services, and pricing strategy. Module 02 is where you map the exact combination of offers you need to sell each month to hit your annual goal.
- Fill in your business details below — they'll appear on your generated Revenue Plan output at the end.
- Have your current pricing, annual revenue goal, and a rough sense of your monthly capacity nearby before you start Module 02. The more accurate your inputs, the more useful your plan.
- You can move between modules at any time using the sidebar. Your entries are saved as long as the browser tab stays open.
- When you're done, click Generate My Revenue Plan in the sidebar to produce your completed plan. From there you'll be able to print it or save it as a PDF for your records.

Your pricing is a direct reflection of your value. This module helps you build a sustainable, scalable revenue strategy grounded in your expertise, market, and goals.
Module 01 — Instructions
How to Complete This Section
- Start by identifying your top 3–4 revenue-generating products and services. These are the offers — physical products, digital products, or service packages — that drive the majority of your income.
- For each product or service, think through: what is included, how long it takes to deliver, and what it is currently priced at.
- Know your numbers: What do you need to earn to cover expenses? What salary do you need for your current lifestyle? What would your ideal lifestyle require?
- Your expertise has a price tag. Years of experience, specialized training, certifications, and results you have produced for past clients all factor into what you are worth in the market.
- Price from value delivered, not from fear of what clients or customers will say. Underpricing your products or services devalues your work and attracts the wrong buyers.
